GENERAL MANAGER/SECRETARY/TREASURER The Secretary-Manager is responsible to manage the operations of the District according to the State Water Code. Mr. Mansfield was appointed Secretary-Manager by the Board of Directors in 2007 and serves at the Board's discretion. |
