GENERAL INFORMATION
SELECTION PROCESS:
- The District Employment Application and any other required documents will be evaluated for minimum qualifications.
- Candidates meeting the minimum qualifications will proceed to an application package appraisal assessment, which will be weighed 100%.
- Candidates who best match the requirements of the position will be invited for an interview, which may include a performance and/or written exercise.
Solano Irrigation District will make reasonable efforts in the examination process to accommodate persons with disabilities. Please advise the Personnel Department in advance of any special needs by calling (707) 448-6847 extension 5010.
Please be aware that once submitted, all application materials become the property of Solano Irrigation District and will not be returned. Applications are kept on file for six months.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO EMPLOYMENT APPLICANTS
- Employment applications must be received by the Solano Irrigation District by 5:00 p.m. on the Final Filing Date to be considered.
- Applications may be mailed in to 508 Elmira Road, Vacaville, CA 95687, as well as dropped off to the Personnel Office. We are open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- After hours, applications may be dropped off into the Drop Box located in front of the Solano Irrigation District entrance gate.
- All applications must have an original signature in order to be accepted.
